Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated estimator to support the growth of our business. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with construction methodologies and be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and construction projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects.
  • Analyse project documentation, scope of works, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct material take-offs, labour, plant, and equipment cost assessments.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers for compilation of site construction methodologies.
  • Estimate costs for projects ranging from $20k to $15M.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an estimator in the NSW/Australian market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret project-specific documents.
  • Experience with preparation of detailed cost-based estimates for large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards is preferred.
