Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service by personally engaging with customers, driving sales growth, and building a loyal customer base.

  • Be visibly present on the selling floor, setting an example of excellent customer service and inspiring the team to build warm connections with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with store teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining a commercial awareness and contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Work collaboratively with visual merchandising and logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide feedback to the merchandise team on areas for improvement, supporting the development of new initiatives and strategies.
  • Proactively mitigate loss by working closely with sell and support teams to implement proactive measures, ensuring stock loss awareness remains high priority.
