Exceptional Customer Experience Manager

As a leader in customer-centric retail, you will create an exceptional in-store experience that inspires and delights customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding service by personally engaging with customers, driving sales growth, and building a loyal customer base.
- Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
- Be visibly present on the selling floor, setting an example of excellent customer service and inspiring the team to build warm connections with customers.
- Collaborate closely with store teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining a commercial awareness and contributing to the overall success of the business.
- Work collaboratively with visual merchandising and logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready within agreed timeframes.
- Provide feedback to the merchandise team on areas for improvement, supporting the development of new initiatives and strategies.
- Proactively mitigate loss by working closely with sell and support teams to implement proactive measures, ensuring stock loss awareness remains high priority.
