Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently processing new orders and quotes for spares, including pricing and availability information.
  • Maintaining accurate customer requested dates in the ERP system.
  • Communicating delays or extended lead times promptly to clients.
  • Assisting the business in achieving sales goals by coordinating activities with logistics, demand planning, technical support, product management, and sales teams.
  • Executing timely shipping arrangements with customers.
  • Investigating and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Managing backorders and overdue orders.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritization and planning skills.
  • A self-starter with independent individual capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP's, Salesforce, and MS Office is beneficial.
