Customer Support Role

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide internal and external customer support via telephone to Home Care Package customers and private fee-for-service customers.
  • Liaise with customers daily to provide administrative support for customer care plans.
  • Manage customer account administration tasks, including managing service schedules, budgets, coordination of services, and invoices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar phone-based role with high volumes of incoming calls.
  • Experience in the Aged Care sector is highly regarded.
  • Qualification in Office Administration or equivalent by relevant experience.
