Regional Crew Coordinator

A dynamic and passionate crew coordinator is sought to lead the Regional Crew Pathways Program, an initiative supported by a prominent media company.
This role involves assisting in delivering workshops and providing guidance to early career crew, leveraging expertise in contracting and employing crew.
The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of the film and television industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Workshop Management: Prepare guidelines, application forms, participant feedback forms, and other documentation required to deliver training workshops.
- Manage all aspects associated with workshops, including sourcing venues, calling for applications, working with partners on content and delivery, assessing applications, and liaising with program partners.
- Select trainees from workshops and collaborate with program partners and course facilitators.
- Source, schedule, and contract work placements for trainees.
- Support trainees in settling into their placements and provide guidance when needed.
- Liaise with trainees to track their progress through their traineeships, following up on work reports and timesheets.
- Manage and respond to inbound location and crew queries.
- Maintain up-to-date records on crew and locations databases.
This casual position offers approximately 24 hours per week, with flexible options available.
