A leading Western Australian civil construction company is seeking an experienced Head of Civil Infrastructure to lead the operational performance of their civil construction division. This executive-level position oversees project delivery, commercial outcomes, team leadership, and client relationships across a diverse range of sectors including resources, urban development, and government.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum 10 years' experience in a senior civil construction management role. They will have proven experience managing land development or civil infrastructure projects at scale, as well as exceptional commercial acumen and advanced knowledge of project planning, man-hour and machine-hour forecasting, and tender oversight.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing high-level leadership across all project delivery functions and business units
• Championing a strong safety culture and leading by example across all operations
• Driving financial performance and ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards
• Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and contract management
• Reviewing tenders, pricing, and risk assessments to maximise commercial outcomes
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions
• Managing the effective utilisation of plant, equipment, and workforce across multiple projects
