This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise-wide cloud, network, and end-user computing services. As the Enterprise Infrastructure Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing core architecture, partnering with senior stakeholders and vendors, and championing service excellence and proactive risk management.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems administration) and project management, with expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Defender), Apple devices via Intune.

You will need to have a hands-on, solutions-focused approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and proven ability to support multiple sites, manage complexity, and get the work done efficiently and reliably.

A strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillset is required, along with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise-wide cloud, network, and end-user computing services.
  2. Oversee core architecture (Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Core Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Telephony, Collaboration Platforms, Network and Security, End-user computing, and Factory infrastructure).
  3. Partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex, high-value infrastructure and service improvement projects.
  4. Champion service excellence, proactive risk management, and a forward-thinking tech roadmap.
  5. Manage multi-site IT service operations across Australia (primarily in Melbourne), providing services across 9 sites and 680 staff nationally, and 50 staff across KinGroup, Gem-Care and Strange Luxury.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems administration) and project management.
  2. Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Defender), Apple devices via Intune.
  3. Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Proven ability to support multiple sites, manage complexity, and get the work done efficiently and reliably.
  5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.
