Altitude is seeking a Partner - Oracle Cloud & Enterprise Applications to join a trusted and respected global professional services firm with offices located in Melbourne and Sydney.

This role provides the platform to shape market strategy, grow a high-performing practice, and work alongside C-suite executives to deliver large-scale, business-critical transformation programs. An opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of digital finance and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, leading large-scale Oracle Cloud-enabled transformation programs.
  • Drive business development by originating and converting multi-million-dollar engagements across ERP and EPM.
  • Define and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across functional, technical, and delivery disciplines.
  • Provide executive oversight on solution design, delivery governance, and measurable client outcomes.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM consulting within a top-tier professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at board/C-suite level.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise applications strategy, finance operating models, and cloud-enabled transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scale a profitable and sustainable practice.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing, coaching, and retaining senior leaders.
