About the Role
The Client Services Scheduler is a key position within our team at Right at Home Gosford, responsible for coordinating the rostering of care for our aged and disability clients. This includes scheduling carers, maintaining related systems, and managing inside sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and referral sources to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Manage client contact in a professional, empathetic, and patient manner to build trust and confidence in our services.
- Provide education to clients and families on available services, care plans, and their benefits.
- Implement and maintain operating systems for caregivers, nurses, and other care professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with quality standards and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computing skills.
- Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Full Driver's license and reliable, registered vehicle.
- Smart mobile phone.
- The right to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sound understanding of aged care and disability systems.
- Demonstrated experience supporting staff.
