Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Specialist.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our sales teams to provide expertise on our solutions, working closely with customers to understand their needs and position our products as the best fit for their business objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, each presenting a unique challenge and opportunity for growth. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for building relationships with channel partners and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver value-driven customer experiences
  • Conduct technical deep dives and solution discovery sessions with customers
  • Presents and demonstrates product offerings relevant to customer objectives
  • Facilitate communication between customers, sales teams, and product management
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in client-side, consulting-side or ISV environments
  • Understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration
  • Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions leveraging M365 Security & Compliance, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure
  • Knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation, business, and technical communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically using technical knowledge coupled with sales mentality
  • Maintain excellent relationships with channel partners and colleagues
