Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers across a wide range of cloud and infrastructure technologies.

  • Troubleshooting and Incident Resolution: You will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting customer services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Change Planning and Testing: You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and implement changes to customer environments, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Proactive Updates and Escalation: You will proactively communicate with customers throughout the case lifecycle, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.

About This Role:

You will act as a customer advocate, simplifying complex vendor and technical interactions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences, escalate carrier relationships for service-impacting issues, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain technical proficiency through ongoing learning and certification.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: You have hands-on experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Customer Focus: You have a strong customer focus with a desire to exceed expectations, excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: You can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
