At Education Services Australia, we're on a mission to revolutionize education through innovative Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions.

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead and support ICT activities, guiding the development and management of a portfolio of solutions, including projects, systems, shared infrastructure services, and shared application services.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, a deep understanding of technical infrastructure and underlying technologies, and interaction with external vendors and stakeholders.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional who can translate technical detail into plain language, guide projects from idea to delivery, and build positive working relationships.

  • Develop technical roadmaps for future Cloud implementations and on-premises uplifts.
  • Design and implement hybrid cloud, Azure, and Office365 solutions.
  • Implement secure identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory / Entra, including RBAC, MFA, and SSO protocols.
  • Design solutions for Autopilot, Intune, and Microsoft Defender within the Office365 stack.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions encompassing infrastructure, applications, security, and performance using Azure, Office365, and Hybrid (VMware) services.
  • Implement and refactor Azure Landing Zones to meet business needs and optimize deployment environments.

  • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and deliver results.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
