About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive growth and optimise performance across digital sales channels.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, establish and maintain a high performing workforce, lead recruitment and develop strategies for engagement and training. They will also analyse key eCommerce metrics, communicate results and support the team in managing customer enquiries and implementing health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing user experience, product development and channel merchandising improvements. They will also have strong people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interpret and develop insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of online teams
  • Establish and maintain a high performing and engaged workforce
  • Lead recruitment of staff and develop volunteer engagement strategy
  • Analyse and communicate key eCommerce metrics and reporting
  • Support training and professional development of staff and volunteers
  • Manage customer enquiries and implement health and safety standards
  • Develop strategies for improving user experience, product development and channel merchandising

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with online marketplaces highly desirable
  • Excellent people management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Highly analytical and able to interpret and develop insights and recommendations
