Event Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver high-end events such as project launches, agent briefings and VIP functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in events, PR or marketing, ideally within the luxury, lifestyle or property sectors. They will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management, as well as being a polished communicator with confidence in client-facing roles.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work outside standard hours during events and must have their own transport for travel to and from events. Proficiency in event and marketing tools, particularly HubSpot or similar CRM experience, is highly regarded.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold brand standards and premium client experiences, act as point of contact for sales team ensuring events are seamless and brand-aligned, and prepare event-related sales materials, RSVP lists, seating plans and attendee communications.

You will also manage all event logistics including venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers and budgets, and have calm under pressure, solutions-focused and passionate about events.
