The OpportunityThis exciting role will see you at the forefront of delivering exceptional events, working closely with our onsite team and venue management to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain robust event staging services within venues
- Build strong relationships with venues and clients to guarantee successful client relations and smooth event execution
- Educate and advise clients and venue staff on audio-visual equipment and digital solutions tailored to their needs
- Manage crew rosters and schedules effectively
- Address concerns promptly to rectify issues related to equipment, crew, or client communication
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team capabilities
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
- Prior experience in events or sales
- Relevant experience in AV technology
- Excellent planning, organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
