Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the delivery of food and beverage services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia. As a Hospitality National Manager, you will cultivate a positive work environment that prioritizes learning and personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating a collaborative team culture and driving quality improvement through benchmarking key performance indicators.
  • Providing leadership and management for the food and beverage team across multiple sites in SA and WA.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques in line with ISS brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to address any issues affecting food standards and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
  • Developing menus that meet client requirements and contractual agreements.
  • Managing food costs and expenses within budget and scope.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 3 years' experience leading and developing a multi-faceted food and beverage business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in hospitality operations, business, or a related field.
  • Essential certifications include HACCP Level 3, First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and RSA certificate.
  • Desirable certification is a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
  • Basic accounting skills, including budgeting and reporting.
