**Food and Beverage Operations Lead**

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Lead to manage our venues, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. This is a rare opportunity to shape the food and beverage experience and drive team performance.

This role requires someone who can oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service across all outlets, supervising and developing staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day Food and Beverage operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across multiple venues.

- Supervise, coach, and develop Food and Beverage staff to deliver service excellence.

- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with senior management and departments to coordinate service and special events.

- Develop and launch strategic promotions to drive revenue through the year for Food and Beverage outlets.

- Oversee bar operations, including service delivery and setup.

- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design drinks menus and pairings.

- Champion Social Media content and submit to the marketing team regularly.

- Manage the daily operations of Mamacita, the café, and all F&B outlets.

- Drive team performance and deliver exceptional service standards across all venues.

- Innovate menus and guest experiences in collaboration with culinary and bar teams.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to reduce waste and control costs.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Manage cash handling and financial procedures during shifts.

- Support promotional activities aimed at increasing Food and Beverage revenue.

- Foster a positive team environment, promoting professionalism and a safe workplace.
