Food and Beverage Service Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • Prepare and serve drinks with precision, showcasing product offerings to our guests.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment in pristine condition, ensuring the area remains organized and clean.
  • Ensure seamless food service through collaboration with colleagues from the restaurant and kitchen.
  • Report any concerns or issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions with integrity.
Essential Skills
  • Flexibility to work across varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hold valid RSA Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate.
  • Proven bar skills and experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment are necessary.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg, involving bending and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Possess unrestricted right to work in Australia.
