Job Summary

This role supports the delivery of high-quality workplace services, including cleaning, concierge, lockers, parking, mail distribution, event management, access control, and visitor management. The successful candidate will work to resolve day-to-day and longer-term issues, and continually improve the workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with outsourced service providers to support a high-quality and consistent delivery of workplace services.
  • Support the completion of scheduled and ad-hoc building maintenance and repair works, including handyman works, furniture, fixture, and equipment requests, and associated warranty issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to manage hazards, risks, and HSSEQ audits, and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Manage day-to-day requests from customers and stakeholders, liaise with outsource providers and the business to find fast and effective solutions, and quality check outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and value for money delivery.
  • Understand and apply standard operating procedures for transactional processes, and perform all tasks in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines within agreed timeframes.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, and provide commentary or recommendations for action to improve efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service delivery across a large and diverse property portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive service delivery, customer/stakeholder problem resolution, contracted services account reconciliation, contract variation transactions, application of operating procedures, coordinating minor building works, and preparing service-related reports.
  • Demonstrated data analytical skills and capacity to present information and data logically and coherently.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering workplace services across large and complex commercial and/or industrial property portfolios.
