Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

Elevate your career by taking on a leadership role in our airside operations team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of service to customers while ensuring productivity and performance criteria are met.

Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and performing administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Leadership skills necessary to efficiently manage teams in a changing work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid ASIC card and Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license.
  • Fork Lift license preferred.
  • Flexibility in working around flight schedules is essential.
  • A clean Police Record.
