Job Title: Senior Team Coordinator

Elevate your career to a higher level and lead our ground team on shift as an experienced Commercial Driver with excellent leadership capabilities.

This role requires you to ensure the delivery of service to all customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate team members in the Customer Delivery department.
  • Ensure productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion of regular performance assessment reports.
  • Assist supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure they reach and load-up all aircraft safely and on schedule.
  • Lead by example and perform all duties of a Driver.
  • Supervise, train, and induct workers within a designated work area.
  • Organise and coordinate work within the designated work area.
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties as required.
  • Follow up on any discrepancies and ensure all flight deliveries are correct.
  • Carry out various administrative and reporting duties, including operation of communication and computer aids.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.
  • Display leadership by example and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC card and Australian state/territory MR or greater driver's license as well as authority to drive airside ADA.
  • Fork Lift license preferred but not essential.
  • First Aid Certificate and WHS qualifications preferred.
  • Flexibility in working around flight schedules is essential (7 day per week operation).
  • A clean Police Record as part of mandatory checks required.
