The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a General Manager HR Support Services. As a senior member of our People Leadership Team, you will lead a team to efficiently deliver HR Support Services with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

You will partner with senior leaders in both the Human Resources team and business to develop and deliver excellent HR services while leveraging technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and development of the Support Services function across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency and the employee experience;
  • Partner with senior leaders in both the Human Resources team and business to develop and deliver excellent HR services while leveraging technology;
  • Act as the champion of process improvement and the HR calendar of events throughout the year;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience working within a similar role within a complex business environment (ASX listed company preferred);
  • Experience leading a first-line HR advisory team;
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic leadership capability and experience building a strong service delivery culture;
  • An agile approach and solutions orientation;
  • A focus on process improvement and ability to build and lead a team;
  • Proven commitment to the principles and practices of employment equity, ethical conduct, and workplace health and safety.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on your level of experience.
