The role of Senior Lender Partnerships Manager is a high-level position that requires exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with lenders and banks, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives and driving growth in the mortgage network.
  • This includes negotiating partnership development funding and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership outcomes.
  • You will also act as a key relationship manager and primary point of escalation for major partners, unlocking synergies with relevant customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services, particularly in partner management and lender relations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen to align partnerships with business growth and negotiate agreements.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage lending products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with credibility at executive and industry levels.
