As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice on commercial and residential lending, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in mortgage broking, with a focus on commercial and residential lending
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and company financials
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance
