Mortgage Advisory Specialist

As a seasoned mortgage advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, identifying the most suitable lending solutions for their needs.
The role involves fostering strong client relationships, developing personalized lending strategies, and converting leads into successful transactions. You will be supported by a dedicated back-office team handling administrative tasks.
- Conduct comprehensive loan analysis meetings with customers to explore refinancing or new purchase opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on our value proposition and align customer needs with suitable lenders.
- Collaborate with lenders and business development managers to ensure tailored lending solutions for customers.
- Manage a pipeline of customers from initial inquiry through to settlement.
- Contribute to driving positive business outcomes.
- Pursue ongoing professional development programs with governing bodies, lenders, and industry associations.
- Nurture industry relationships to establish new referral partnerships and grow existing connections.
With a minimum of three years' experience in a lending role, preferably as a mortgage broker or credit assessor, you will possess an understanding of lending policy and loan structuring. An established network of industry professionals is highly advantageous.
You must be an excellent communicator with strong sales skills, numerically proficient, and possess a problem-solving attitude. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively is required. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential. Tenacity and finesse in dealings with lenders and clients are crucial.
