You will work closely with our experienced Development Compliance Officers to inspect developments, provide technical advice, and assist with the implementation of compliance strategies.

As a Graduate Development Compliance Officer, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality services to our community. You will have access to a comprehensive development program, including mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities, to help you achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of developments to ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with the implementation of compliance strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of building regulations and related legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Graduated within the last three years with a degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • Ability to work in an open, creative, and collaborative environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of building regulations and related legislation
