Marine Compliance and Training Officer

About the Role
This is a key position within the Marine Operations team that focuses on ensuring the company's compliance with marine regulations and providing training to employees. The role will involve working closely with the Marine Operations Manager to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine compliance and training, with experience in developing and implementing training programs. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training programs to ensure compliance with marine regulations
- Coordinating and facilitating training sessions for employees
- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with marine regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of training and compliance activities
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about marine compliance and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marine regulations and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues.
