Marine Compliance and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marine Training and Compliance Manager to join our team at SeaLink South Australia.
This is a key role that will support our ongoing marine compliance and employee development, ensuring our business and employees are suitably skilled to meet AMSA and AMFA regulations for operational excellence and compliance.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of marine legislation and advanced knowledge of marine compliance, with a proven track record of leadership and project management skills.
Key responsibilities will include facilitating and coordinating training needs, ensuring terminal infrastructure and service equipment for the marine operation is managed accordingly, and motivating and driving employee engagement with a growth mindset for employees in upskilling and development.
About YouWe are looking for a confident and experienced leader with at least 2 years' experience in a marine compliance or learning and development role.
Desirable qualifications include a MED2 certificate of competency and tertiary qualifications in Training and Assessment and Leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marine legislation, advanced knowledge of marine compliance, and excellent leadership and project management skills.
