As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and innovative solutions to help our customers achieve better results. This role is perfect for an engineering professional driven by innovation and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Demonstration: Provide technical support and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions. You will work closely with colleagues across Australia and globally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to product performance to provide actionable recommendations to clients. Your analytical skills will be key in helping our customers optimise their operations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders in a mine site. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mining customers. You will generate new leads and opportunities to sell our products and services to mining customers.
  • Account Management: Assess the tyre potential of customers and ensure that sales goals and targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mining, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in client service and/or sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills to share information, resolve conflicts, and build relationships.
  • Analytical skills to understand data, write reports, and make recommendations.
  • Respect for people and a culture of empathy and support.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
