Senior Capital Works Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to help deliver our NSW/ACT capital works program within the Office portfolio. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about sustainability with strong project delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the scoping, coordination, planning, outsourcing, delivery, reporting, and governance of the NSW and ACT (Office) capital works program.
- Ensure WHS&E best practices are consistently applied for all capital works, inclusive of management and reporting in line with local legislation and requirements.
- Prepare, manage, and control budgets related to projects under management.
- Report on financial matters including management of capital works fees.
- Oversee external Project Managers, consultants, and contractors related to projects within your region.
- Hold a project management qualification and/or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Have at least 10 years' industry experience with at least 5 years in a similar technical role.
- Demonstrate contract negotiation experience in the building and construction industry.
- Exhibit skills in design management of multi-faceted teams, leading the delivery of capital works projects, with strong analytical skills.
