Project Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Governance Specialist to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. This role will play a crucial part in the tracking, measurement, and improvement of our capital works portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project controls or portfolio governance in infrastructure, energy, or utilities. They will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and reporting frameworks that deliver real value to the business.

  • Leading the uplift of reporting frameworks and data insights across our project portfolio.
  • Acting as custodian of project controls data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting, governance processes, and systems.
  • Partnering with teams across Delivery, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to achieve performance targets.

A typical day in this role will involve reviewing and validating data across systems, producing high-quality reports, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes.
