Project Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our capital works projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from feasibility through to construction and completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to scope.
- Manage large infrastructure projects across building and open space.
- Develop project plans aligned with a structured project management framework.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and lead stakeholder engagement processes.
- Oversee procurement and contract administration.
- Act as Superintendent or client representative on site-based works.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Urban Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture, or similar.
- Proven experience delivering capital works projects in local government or consultancy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of procurement and contract administration.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
