Our Portfolio Performance Lead will work closely with our senior leaders to drive the alignment of delivery roadmaps with strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of professional experience and a relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
They will be responsible for tracking progress against key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to maintain momentum and focus.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to break down complex initiatives, and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
We are looking for a commercially-minded individual who is confident working with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive delivery against ambitious objectives.
