Job Description

As a Monitoring Centre Operator, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of customer service to both internal and external clients. This role involves handling customer enquiries, complaints resolution, and alarm activations in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. In addition, they must possess a current 1E Class on their NSW Security License and hold Australian Permanent Residency (Full-Working Rights).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actioning and handling customer enquiries, complaints resolution and alarm activations.
  • Maintaining an accurate record/activity log.
  • Monitoring commercial and residential customers.
  • Ensuring to report and escalate any security breaches.
  • Facilitating alarms nation-wide for internal networks and all clients.
  • Complete reports in accordance with company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a high level of customer service skills, a motivated attitude, and preferably previous monitoring centre experience. You should also be comfortable working in a shift-based environment and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
