Amazon is seeking a motivated Program Manager with a strong track record of developing strategies and executing programs.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in program management, operations, and cross-functional leadership for large-scale strategic initiatives. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to think strategically while paying careful attention to detail, and enjoy working in a progressive and data-driven environment. Strong analytical and business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority are essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end program management of new initiatives across operational verticals. With a focus on last-mile delivery, you will work with diverse stakeholders to implement initiatives that impact quality, cost, capacity, speed, and sustainability. As a single-threaded leader, you will build and execute a strategy to support critical program expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Working directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions
- Influencing design and development of strategic processes
- Engaging Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for customers
- Conducting hypothesis-driven problem-solving to identify improvement areas and overseeing supporting analytics, including data mining, complex modeling, insight generation, and recommendations
A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field is required. 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations, and/or E-Commerce is also required. Experience driving end-to-end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and stakeholder management is necessary.
