The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a dedicated IT professional to oversee our Aged Care program, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational outcomes.
This role requires exceptional leadership in project planning, execution, and closure, adhering to best practice methodologies to deliver impactful results.
About the Role- Manage end-to-end project processes, including planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversight of project plans, methodologies, and change management practices to meet organizational standards.
- Deliver project outcomes within defined parameters such as budget, timelines, and benefit realizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress and critical milestones.
- Effectively manage project-related risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in program and project management; experience in aged care is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Project Management are advantageous.
- Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Lean Sigma).
- Extensive experience in PMO, program, and project management, delivering cross-functional projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in managing technology projects, especially in technology infrastructure, aged care applications, CRM, and telephony.
