Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to take on the role of Afterschool Care Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care and activities to children outside of regular school hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in our care. This includes managing daily programs and activities, supervising staff and volunteers, and communicating effectively with parents and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinating Daily Programs and Activities: Plan and implement engaging and safe activities for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to provide quality care and support to children.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and carers through effective communication, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
