Dental Assistant Job Description

Maven Dental Morley is seeking a skilled and compassionate dental care professional to join their team on a full-time basis. Hours of work are Tuesday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assist clinicians in providing high-quality patient care.\
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for dental procedures.\
  • Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.\
  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.\
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.\
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Experience as a DA with a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.\
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • Knowledge of Exact or similar dental software systems is an asset.\
