About the Role

As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role involves facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts & crafts.

  1. Facilitate engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  2. Develop strong relationships with children, families, and the school community by providing exceptional care and support.
  3. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program.

Our service operates across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and school holidays. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality programs that meet the unique needs of each child.

  • Morning shifts (6:30am – 8:45am) focus on our Rise then Shine Program.
  • Afternoon shifts (2:45pm – 6:00pm) are part of our Stay and Play Program.
  • School holiday shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm) comprise our Holiday HQ Program.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to work well in a team. We also expect you to hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check and a Working with Children check, as well as having Australian work rights.
