About the Role:

M&T Resources is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Leader to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and operation of various enterprise core systems, line of business applications, Information Management, and Integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Head of IT Engineering and support, you will lead and drive the deployment and operation of various enterprise core systems, line of business applications, Information Management, and Integration platforms to ensure security processes, practices, capabilities and intelligence are embedded into the underlying platforms and toolchains.
  • You will lead Support teams, to coordinate routine and ad-hoc testing and maintenance of application architecture and tools to enable the speedy development and release of software in order to empower and support a future ready organization.
  • You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice on system process and reporting queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading applications and software teams, including developing, implementing and supporting software solutions, ensuring compliance to technical policies, standards and procedure at an enterprise level.
  • A strong technical background with working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with ERP, Records Management and CRM systems based on one or more platforms such as TechnologyOne Ci/CiA/SaaS (ECM), Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Cloud platform including but not limited to MS Azure Portal, Azure Costcentre, MS Power Automate, API Management, MS Office365 Administration
  • Strong focus on implementing Application Security measures as part of deployment cycles and BAU maintenance of Application Landscape
  • Strong understanding of servicing Microsoft Applications, voice technology, large-scale enterprise
  • SME for developing application integration frameworks, software interoperability, API architecture, design and development and/or general systems development systems and SQL databases, as well as other relevant technical skills
  • Demonstrated experience with designing, developing and maintaining applications or solutions deployed in an iPaaS eco-system.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills and experience working with a diverse range of IT systems
