Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Leader to join our team as an Enterprise Services Manager. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for driving cloud transformation initiatives with enterprise-level customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers. You will build strong relationships and understand their unique business and technical requirements, acting as an evangelist for AWS platform capabilities and services.

You will prepare and present strategic proposals to customer C-Suite executives, creating commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs). You will actively identify and pursue new professional services opportunities within your customer portfolio, contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales quotas and revenue targets.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams of AWS technical specialists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements. You will assist in the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies based on customer and market feedback.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $**150,000-$200,000**, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
  • 10+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience
  • 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
  • 10+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
