Salesforce Platform Manager Role

Overview


This is a key role within our IS team, responsible for leading a team and managing the Salesforce roadmap and initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with senior business leaders across the enterprise to ensure the platform aligns with GHD's strategies and goals.



Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and guide the team in delivering optimal Salesforce platform solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Salesforce platform aligned with our enterprise strategies and goals.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless integrated enterprise platform.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities within the Salesforce platform and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.


Requirements

What We're Looking For



  • Degree-qualified in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent significant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar environment, including remote leadership.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing complex software products, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.


Location and Salary

This role can be based in most US GHD office locations, with a preference for western states or any GHD office throughout Australia (ideally East Coast). The base salary for this position ranges from $143,980-$215,970 depending on location and experience.
