We're looking for a dedicated Salesforce Platform Leader to join our IS team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for leading a team and managing the Salesforce roadmap and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on engaging with senior business leaders across the enterprise to ensure the platform aligns with our strategies and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in delivering Salesforce platform solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Develop a clear vision for the Salesforce platform, aligned with our enterprise strategies and goals.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations for the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless integrated enterprise platform.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities within the Salesforce platform and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure the Salesforce Platform adheres to relevant security and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent significant and broad industry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar environment, including remote leadership.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing technology implementation, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

This role can be based in most US GHD office locations or any GHD office throughout Australia. The base salary for this position ranges from $143,980-$215,970 depending on location and experience. GHD embraces hybrid work arrangements to create a work environment focused on well-being, flexibility, and productivity.
