About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Job Description

You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised plans, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support to meet their unique needs. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
  • Promoting independence, life skills, and social connection
  • Building meaningful and respectful relationships with participants and families
  • Delivering high-quality, rights-based support aligned with NDIS goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in disability or mental health support
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A values-driven approach with commitment to best practice
