Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our clients living in Central Coast. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with varying needs and goals.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients with manual handling, hoist transfers, and other mobility-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in disability support, particularly with clients with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI), is preferred.
  • Strong skills in bowel care management and catheter care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
