Boutique Disability Services is seeking compassionate, experienced Support Workers to join our existing team providing in-home and community support to our clients living within the Cockburn area with experience in supporting clients with mild to moderate behaviours.
We're looking for reliable, patient, and proactive team members who are confident in helping our client feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
- Location: Cockburn & Surrounding Areas, WA
- Shifts: Weekdays, Weekends,Evenings & Overnights
- Client: Male & Female clients seeking support at home and in the community.
About the Role
As a Boutique Disability Support Worker, you won't just 'do a job' — you'll make a real difference. You'll be trusted to work one-on-one with clients, providing tailored supports such as:
· Assisting with personal care, and daily routines
· Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
· Supporting household tasks and meal preparation
· Confidently and calmly responding to mld t moderate behaviours associated with dementia & Autism.
· Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, especially overnight
About You
To be successful, you must have:
- Experience working with people with disability and managing associated behaviours (essential)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
- Confidence in de-escalating situations with a person-centred approach
- Availability for weekday shifts as well as weekends, evenings and overnights
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $35.15 – $45.94 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
