Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner
">About The Role
The Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner will operate within assigned client groups and be responsible for deeply understanding their stakeholders and driving solutions that blend institutional realities with people orientation.
As a trusted advisor to the University's people leaders and managers, you will work to shape a people-centred culture and deliver a breadth of people initiatives with both transformational and operational impact.
">Key Responsibilities- Contribute to a productive partnership between People and Wellbeing and the Divisions, ensuring the effective provision of HR advice and support.
- Provide expert support in the development and enablement of workforce strategies, organisational design and people plans.
- Coach People Leaders and Managers to ensure leadership and management practices and processes support staff and drive a culture of engagement, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to People and Wellbeing colleagues to support their growth and development.
- Provide HR expertise on a range of strategic and operational initiatives.
