**Job Overview:**

We seek an experienced Production Planner to optimize the utilization of our CLT GLT plant and equipment at NeXTimber in Tarpeena, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing and production planning, preferably with experience in Lean Manufacturing. Key responsibilities include creating production plans that maximize efficiency, engaging stakeholders to improve the production process, and ensuring feedstock availability and customer order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop thorough understanding of company processes, customer requirements, panel designs, sequencing, nesting, and despatch load builds.
  • Create production plans that optimize utilisation across all parameters.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop strong relationships and ensure overall improvement of the production process.
  • E nsure feedstock is available in advance and transferred to facility in agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure customer orders include despatch load build advice and details are included and sequenced in production schedule.
  • Review production schedule and ensure all post-production requirements are included in a post-production plan and labor/equipment/materials are planned/available.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in Manufacturing & Production Planning.
  • Lean Manufacturing (desirable).
  • Excellent Planning & Prioritising skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Timberlink offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic industry.
