About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze requirements and design efficient solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools
  • Draft thorough documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver against divisional goals and objectives
  • Assist with scoping, proposals, and costing from a sales perspective and with resources management and planning from an operational perspective as well as client issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Analyst or Automation role
  • Experience within a consulting service environment is essential
  • Full systems development lifecycle exposure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Functional understanding of JS frameworks like ReactJS
  • Proficient in Python for automation and integration
  • Exposure and experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and products and its capability
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and mainstream development methodologies
  • Exposure to SharePoint, Azure, AWS, O365, and Power Platform advantageous
