Injury Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical coaching and mentoring to team members in injury management and strategy.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in injury management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of personal injury claims to determine reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop proactive claims management strategies across the Personal Injury Insurance division.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or allied health related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to identify developmental needs of team members and recommend training activities.
